Founders
Mr. Moustafa Sakr founded the company in 1982 as a trading company focused on frozen meat imports. Over the years the company grew and expanded its range to importing meat, livers, fish, poultry and ghee butter, and succeeded in attracting international food brands to appoint it as their sole agent in Egypt.
At the end of the 1990s the group began a new phase of expansion into agriculture through broiler chicken production, cattle farming and crop cultivation.
In 2010 the third generation began diversifying the business into new industries through partnerships with well-respected companies in real estate, private equity, fruit and vegetable exports, and oil and gas — in Egypt and abroad.
